Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverable.
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, specs, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
- Examining Disputes arising from any contract signed by company concerning construction whether it was with client, subcontractor or supplier.
- Preparing and submitting Claims, facilitating meetings willing to reach an amicable settlement.
- Preparing Arbitration Memorandums.
- Follow up Arbitration proceedings.

Requirements

- Civil Engineering Degree
- 7 to 10 years experience
- Previous experience in marine projects in preferred
- Be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ready to re-locate
- Gender: Male
- Nationality: Arabic
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English language
