Country Director - Grocery/Hypermarkets - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Country Director will have full P&L responsibility for the entire network of supermarkets and hypermarkets in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for setting and leading the business strategy.

Our client is a leading grocery/hypermarket chain in the Middle East

Reporting to the CEO, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Hold full P&L accountability for the entire business in the Saudi Arabia
- Develop and implement the business strategy
- Drive the double digit growth for the organisation in Saudi Arabia
- Lead all key departments : Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT and HR

Requirements

- Experience in a leading grocery/hypermarket chain
- Evidence of significantly growing a business and implementing best practice
- Track record of P&L accountability at a regional or country level
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree
