Job description / Role
- Lead the understanding of the electrical sales landscape in KSA and anticipate future trends and challenges
- Develop the companys approach to electrical category sales through its transformed stores
- Lead the companys thinking on merchandising, stocking, and inventory management of electrical categories
- Identify and select supplier for chosen categories
- Define required skills of electrical sale staff, to be hired in store
- Lead the companys thinking on customer acquisition
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and fulfilling business requirements to performance levels
- Coordinate closely with other departments to issuer the successful implementation of the initiative
- Performs other assigned tasks related to his work nature.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant filed, preferably Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience at Electrical sales and distribution company in KSA.
- Excellent English language, Arabic is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Past experience to include sales experience, commercial, and operational experience (procurement, merchandising, inventory, supply chain management, etc.).
- Fluency in business communication.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Problem solving and decision making
