Job description / Role
- Identify and qualify: decide on the BA services to drive and by collaborating and leading operations team. He will collaborate with HCO team in operations.
- Market and drive communication campaigns behind new HCO services
- Lead the planning, communication and execution of HCO service/s campaigns by segment (i.e. Corporate, SME, Family, International) aligning on the strategic priority for that segment with the Segments Sales directors on a regular basis.
- Develop the HCO brand image to ensure it stands for unparalleled healthcare excellence and is the key pillar to cement company's position as the healthcare expert.
- Requires strong high frequency collaboration with HCO operations department to ensure seamless synchronization with HCO service priorities, strategies, targets, regulations.
- Minimum 2 years marketing exp.
Requirements
- Arabic speaking candidates is mandatory
- Experience in Saudi with FMCG, Healthcare or marketing Communications agency background will be given preference
- Strong creative and innovative abilities
- Brand P&L accountability
- Consumer research initiatives
