HR Manager

Job description / Role

- Analyze current HR practices, identify improvement opportunities, influence management, build consensus and implement change to achieve Hustler Hollywoods vision and goals.
- Provide recommendations, coaching and advice to the management team regarding the companys strategic and operational direction.
- Ensure effective new hire orientation and on-boarding for all employees.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Recruit/interview applicants for store management positions when needed and manage the recruiting process for sales associates at the store level.Minimum 5 years of strong managerial level experience in Human Resource.
