Human Resources Manager (KSA)

A multinational player with a huge global presence is currently seeking the services of a Human Resources Manager to act as the right hand to the General Manager in all matters related to Human Resources.

With a generalist approach, you will lead all day to day operational HR activity for the region, whilst ensuring the smooth handling of policies and procedures in line with corporate requirements.

Based in Jeddah with travel to the Riyadh Office, key accountabilities will include the formulation, recommendation, interpretation, and implementation of rules, policies, and procedures, identification of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resource functions, and ensuring compliance in every area of the HR function.

You will also be responsible for leading the administration of the recruitment, examination, and selection of personnel, maintenance and administration of the classification and compensation program, provision of technical expertise and assistance to employees, supervisors, and managers on employee performance, discipline, supervision, and grievance.

As a matter of course, the HR manager will investigate complaints and recommend appropriate action. Equally, there will be a requirement to assist in mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts and supervise the processing of personnel transactions and the maintenance of appropriate employment data and records.

You will also be responsible for the administration function and the associated issues around procurement, facilities and processes. You will be a Business Partner to up to 20 line managers so a pragmatic, professional and flexible approach is a must as is a mature attitude and consistent application of policy, whilst recognizing individual departmental requirements.

Requirements

Applications are invited from those with a college degree, and at least three years HR experience in a corporate environment. Strong organizational skills along with supervisory skills and the ability to multitask are necessary as is the ability to resolve conflict between employees; recruitment experience is a must and knowledge and experience of employment laws and practices across the region, would be of benefit.
