Job description / Role
- Possess a strong ability to identify market gaps and opportunities and supports in insight mining and development.
- Spearheads Product concept and proposition development, continuously feeding the funnel with new actionable solutions
- Leading the internal product development process and cross functional process: Pricing/Distribution/Product dynamics (Table of Benefits)/Sales approach/communication positioning/aligning company
- Establish a strong cross-functional relation with global company Market Units responsible for product development and marketing global PMI products and services.
- Develop and deliver product launch & maintainance pipeline: in depth pre-lauch testing and post launch analysis
- International product portfolio ownership and portfolio proposition management
- Strong integration with compliance department to gain SAMA timely approvals and abide by CCHI regulations
- Fast paced passionate leader, strategic thinker, strong decision maker, statistically orientated and pioneering, leading a team of two.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years marketing / management Experience
- Arabic Native speaker
- FMCG/ Marketing/ Agency background is essential
- Candidate should be currently based in Saudi and must have transferable iqama
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Social media expert
- Hardcore Marketing Professional
