Job description / Role
A $1+ billion Saudi Arabian family group are expanding inorganically throughout the MENA region. Hiring an M&A Analyst to support acquisition strategy in the region.
The M&A Analyst is a position supporting key business development initiatives within the MENA region. You will be a strategic partner to the teams senior business leaders and work closely with the M&A director in carrying out the end-to-end process for acquisitions and strategic explorations, from due diligence to execution.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be a high caliber candidate with solid experience in merger and acquisition projects. A strong academic background from reputable institutions and professional qualifications are a plus. International exposure, demonstrable business acumen and strong communication skills will be essential in interacting effectively with both domestic and international stakeholders and senior management. The candidate will be able to manage dynamic changes in the market and strategy.
Fluency in English is essential.
Essential Skills and experience required
You have 3-5 years experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking (M&A) across various sectors. You have a stellar academic background, strong understanding of both cultural and market conditions.
