Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Looking for a Saudi National with solid experience in Personnel management to manage:
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about polices, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Recruit, select, interview and train an applicant for a vacant job.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits polices to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activates of an organization.
- Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
- Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food services, transportation, or relocation services.

Requirements

- Saudi Male with experience at least 2 years in Food industry (food field), Restaurants, Banquet & Management.
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related business major.
- Excellent communication skills required, both oral and written.
- The ability to politely and accurately communicate on the phone and in person.
- Ability to organize all departmental files.
- Complete knowledge of computer software necessary to perform job. Preparation of spreadsheets, some graphs etc. and to administer payroll software.
- Keeping current on labor laws.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive matters.
- Ability to work under high stress and meet deadlines timely.
