Job Type: Full time
One of the largest multinational market research and consulting companies in the world with presence in 58 countries is looking for professionals to be based in Dubai. It is a 40 year old organization with an excellent and well known brand .
Main purpose of the job
- Ensure the smooth running of research projects from commissioning to final presentation
- Build a strong day to day working relationship with the clients and actively contributing in presenting results
- Continually build your technical expertise as a market researcher
Work mainly unsupervised and manage the following responsibilities:
- Proposals
- Project design
- Costing
- Recruitment questionnaires
- Reports / Presentations
- Manage and carry out all aspects of fieldwork (set up, recruitment, moderation, trouble shooting)
- Analysis through to a strategic level
- Manage project deadlines
Requirements
- 3 year degree, preferably in Research, marketing, business, psychology, social sciences
Previous experience of:
- At least 4-5 years qualitative market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
- A passion for brands and advertising research is a must
- Formulating methodology, samples and proposals for Moderation and fieldwork management
- Analysis and reporting
Technical Competencies required:
- PC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills
- Level appropriate qualitative research skills
Personal/Behavioral Competencies
- Set priorities and manage tasks
- Clear and accurate communication
- To report into Qualitative Account Director
