Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

- Performing on site and off site quantity verification and confirmation with regards to payments and variation works.
- Responsible for checking and verification of all invoices of the payments and variations for sub-contractor on site
- Maintaining the register of payments
- Checking the materials on and off site and verified delivery and acceptance from the client’s representative for payment approval
- Preparing and maintaining records of all sub contractors agreement and there payments
- On site verification of Final Accounts submitted by the Sub Contractors and Suppliers
- Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts for Subcontract works
- Updating Cost report
- Monitor the variance in the contract with the help of field engineers and quantify them in terms of change order claims.
- Material reconciliation
- Preparation of Work orders
- Measure, quantify and value the works in accordance with construction drawings.
- Take the lead in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly & monthly) reports to keep informed on the project progress.
- Preparing monthly progress report (MPR) of the executed works & variation orders for balance of cost, flow of cash & duration of the contract
- Contributed in preparing anticipated cost report
- Preparing & reviewing the lists of quantities for civil works.
- Involving in preparing sub contractors payment certificate.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of Experience
- Analytical- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Very Good English Language
