Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Set sales targets, margins for programs and cost reduction targets, communicate to the sales and operations team and follow up on progress ensuring required support is provided
- Create the customer experience in line with Trainera’s customer value proposition, set standards for customer delight and develop the teams to understand customer needs and consistently exceed customer expectations
- Ensure clear and accurate communication between sales and operations teams and with customers on requirements, calendars and other required information
- Establish sales standards and processes, ensure the team are trained on these and that they are consistently applied
- Create service level agreements for the business covering target achievement, operating relationships and communications between core and support functions and ensure compliance
- Review and approve operations standards and checklist and audit compliance on a regular basis
- Collaborate with IT to create the CRM system and ensure the reports produced are accurate and timely
- Set standards and guidelines for marketing of the company, image, service visibility, communication and presentation by employees. Ensure understanding and monitor compliance
- Train, develop and evaluate the performance of key reports. Ensure the Performance Management process is implemented throughout Sales and Operations to drive team and individual achievement.

- At least three years experience in managing sales and operations in a professional services environment for a medium to large company
- Good financial awareness
