Job description / Role
Client is one of the leading engineering global consultancies. They are currently looking to recruit a contracts manager to work out of their Jordan offices.
The experience needed for the contracts manager is as follows:
Extensive experience in the writing/preparation of tender and contract front-end documents and forms, administration of tendering procedures, tender analysis, preparing and/or analyzing and responding to construction claims preferably covering a variety of building, road and industrial projects, all based on the various forms of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, and coupled with a sound familiarity with the methods of measurement and planning techniques.
Requirements
MSc in project/construction management from a western university, with specialized courses in contract law. BSc in quantity surveying with specialized education in contract law coupled with an outstanding specialized experience may also fit.
This will be an expat package with salary in USD and accommodation and transportation provided by the client.
