Job Description & Summary

• Own the delivery (end-to-end) of the projects.
• Work with the Product Management team to help define business needs and priorities project requirements.
• Translate product roadmap into items for delivery:
• Scope and prioritize backlog items based on user need
• Defining project milestones and resource requirements
• Setting timelines for deliverables
• Test and accept the final product
• Measure performance, and adjust overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
• Help define and prioritize new features.
• Analyze and facilitate the development, configuration, and implementation of product changes.
• Contribute to product launches or new feature releases.
• Ensures delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of operational activities.
• Provide feedback on work in progress, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks and impediments.
• Ensure smooth handover to Operations team for BAU support.

Delivery Risk Management
• Manages issues proactively, including timely resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities.

Stakeholder Management
• Work in close partnership with stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget execution & delivery of key projects and programmes.
• Keeping key stakeholders informed about developments and releases.
• Encourage and adapt to feedback from stakeholders and users.
