Job description / Role
Distribution Manager - FMCG - Modern Trade - Jordan
The role would involve but will not be limited to the following duties:
- Manage distributor to ensure gross sales targets are met
- Attend client meetings with distributor
- Forecast 12 months in advance with 1 months review Develop promotional plans around key seasonal timing
- Utilise country plans and implement and execute in the local market/channel Activate trade activities in the market place
- Conduct competitive analysis and observe market trends.
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Sales or Trade Marketing (distribution management) background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in working with an FMCG is required
- Candidates must have modern trade experience
- Must be an Arabic speaker
Candidates must have strong influencing and leadership skills - to lead the distributor's sales and trade marketing employees.
