Job Description & Summary
The Finance and Delivery Centre Operations Manager will manage Managed Services finance analysis and reporting and oversee the Managed Services delivery centre facility strategy.

For Finance, they will provide financial insights and reports to senior management to support decision making on business strategy and performance. This includes developing the analysis / modelling for and reporting on commercial and financial performance, supporting business planning through budget and forecast reviews, and providing financial guidance as required. They will also develop clear finance processes and activate finance-related improvement initiatives.

For Delivery Centre Operations, they will provide operational support related to delivery centre location management for the Managed Services business. This includes managing the facility strategy and liaising with the central real estate team to manage and activate the team's facility requirements across the relevant offices.

Finance Responsibilities:

- Review and provide monthly financial analysis to senior management, including business performance, KPI analysis etc.

- Provide financial insights and analysis to Leadership on an ad-hoc basis as requested

- Prepare and maintain financial statement analysis

- Monitor and review resource income and ensure its aligned with LoS and captured correctly

- Monitor and manage any financial exceptions and report non-compliance to Leadership

- Provide financial guidance and monitor the financial allocations for Managed Services related investments

- Analyze & suggest corrections for capital expenditures, depreciation, operating records etc.

- Update & analyze financial models based on the actuals and compare them with forecasted .

- Own the budget and forecast activity i.e managing the inputs and reviewing accuracy (budgeting in correct GL codes, phasing , standards etc)

- Support MS teams with queries on budget guidelines and understand the rationale behind budget and forecast numbers from them

- Provide Insights and analysis to Leadership on budgets and forecast review (KPIs variance analysis etc)

- Establish and document Managed Services Finance process

- Support in DC finance & operation process improvement and policy development initiatives and ensure alignment with firm policies and procedures

- Liaise closely with MI/ reporting team e.g. to align on management reports and support in automation such as dashboards

- Understand general accounting principles & standards


Delivery Centre Operations Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the Managed Services Delivery Centre facility strategy, including office/desk capacity requirements across offices

- Engage with the central real estate team to manage and activate Managed Services facility requirements e.g. estimating capacity requirements, support in developing business case etc.

- Manage the fit out & expansion of any Managed Services related office space

Required Language Skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economy or related field. Certified CFA L1 preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in a finance role with a leading firm
