Job description / Role
- Represent the company by providing high quality service to clients at all times.
- Ensure that delivered services are aligned to company's food safety manual terms and regulations.
- Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and any other system that the company will adopt.
- Develop food safety manuals.
- Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
- Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis reports.
- After being trained by the company on the courses delivered within the company's scope of work, provide and deliver training courses exclusively to the company's clients as directed by the company’s management.
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to achieving efficient training attendance.
- Manage training delivery, measurement and follow up as needed.
- Correct examinations and prepare certificates.
- Assess clients’ training needs and analyze training feedback results.
- Undertake refresher or other short food safety courses as deemed necessary.
- Update clients’ records and documents.
- Follow-up on the calendar of food safety activities.
- Organize awareness events, internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health/Food Sciences/Food Technology/Nutrition.
- 2 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance/Training.
- English Proficiency.
- Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Internet Browsing.
