Employment: Full Time

Client is a leader in contact centre and call centre solutions is currently looking for a Head of Business Development to join their award winning company. Based in Jordan the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of BDA's and to explore and actively grow new business for the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and continue to build the BD/partnership team including partnership strategy, innovation of new partnership structures, deal execution, activation and partner relationship management
- Build and test innovative new partnerships, measure effectiveness and drive expansion through the most effective channels
- Maintain pipeline of new partnership opportunities designed to drive revenue, new customers and extend the Earnest brand
- Understand the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate and communicate with risk, product, client happiness, legal and marketing teams to evaluate, explore and execute strategic partnership opportunities
- Maintain active relationships with key partners to proactively address business issues and identify ways to maximize value for both parties
- Prepare and report on financial reports, analysis and information reports and updates.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experienced in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
- 5+ years of leading a team or function
- 5+ years in a sales position within a contact centre / BPO company
- Demonstrated success leading business development and partnership teams to build a high-growth consumer brand
- Provable track record in identifying, negotiating, activating and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong team building, leadership, mentoring and management skills
