Maintenance Head - Jordan

Morgan McKinley has partnered exclusively with one of the most high profile 5 star hospitality providers in Amman, Jordan to recruit an experienced Maintenance Head.

Our client have created a new position of Maintenance Engineer who will act as a 2nd in command to the highly experienced Maintenance Manager. They are looking to establish more controls and procedures within the organisation and the Maintenance Engineer will be expected to help implement new policies and procedures as to how the maintenance department operates.

As Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel including both preventitive and corrective actions. You will be working with a motivated team containing 45 team members.

Maintenance Engineer required for a high profile 5 star resort in Amman, Jordan. Fluency in English with strong report writing skills required.

Requirements

* Minimum of 4+ years experience working in a Maintenance role
* Strong report writing skills
* Fluency in English required as all reports are in English
* Experience supervising and managing a team of maintenance technicians beneficial
* Previous experience of implementing new systems and the ability to implement efficiencies within the organisation
* Strong eye for detail with a real passion for service
* The ability to control costs purchasing via a tightly controlled budget
