Maintenance Head - Jordan

Morgan McKinley has partnered exclusively with one of the most high profile 5 star hospitality providers in Amman, Jordan to recruit an experienced Maintenance Head.

Our client have created a new position of Assistant Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Head who will act as a 2nd in command to the highly experienced Maintenance Manager. They are looking to establish more controls and procedures within the organisation and the Assistant Maintenance Manager will be expected to introduce policies and procedures as to how the maintenance department operates.

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel including both preventive and corrective actions. You will be working with a motivated team containing 45 team members.

Requirements

An experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager is required for a luxury, 5 star hospitality organisation in Amman, Jordan. The role will offer an excellent salary and benefits in an excellent work environment

* Minimum of 7+ years experience working in a Maintenance role
* Experience supervising and managing a team of maintenance technicians
* Previous experience of implementing new systems and the ability to implement efficiencies within the organisation
* Strong eye for detail with a real passion for service
* The ability to control costs purchasing via a tightly controlled budget
