Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC, providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwC's advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems

Job Summary:

The Managed Services Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Managed Services projects from initiation to completion. This role involves leading and managing the overall delivery operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, and providing recommendations to optimize processes, technology, and overall performance

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Leads and manages the delivery of Managed Services (i.e., Finance, Procurement, Project Management, etc.) projects within the portfolio simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Manages the performance of Managed Service delivery centers by providing guidance and oversight to the Control Tower Lead and other operational teams
- Takes ultimate ownership of the overall quality, efficiency, and timeliness of managed services delivery to clients
- Leads a cross-functional and multi-location delivery team providing direction, mentorship, and support to drive successful project outcomes
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization and technological enhancements within the Managed Services delivery framework to increase project delivery efficiency across the entire portfolio of delivery projects
- Implements best practices and standardized procedures to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the Managed Services business
- Maintains strong relationships with stakeholders across the Managed Services team, ensuring their needs are understood and met during the project delivery
- Sets and manages the operational budget and implements cost- control measures for the delivery centers
- Provides regular reporting on delivery center performance to internal stakeholders
- Fosters a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team

Required Language Skills:

- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Arabic is a plus

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration or equivalent
- Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred
- Certifications in relevant domains (e.g. PMP or equivalent) would be advantageous

Years of Experience:

- Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience in actively managing delivery of managed services with a leading firm, preferably in the Middle East region
