Marketing Executive - Qatar Airways - Amman

As the Marketing Executive, you will support the development, integration and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts.

Specific accountabilities include:
- Supporting profitable, analytics-drive multi-channel marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement and cross-selling, marketing search, web development, marketing communications and public relations
- Working closely with the CM providing guidance in marketing and public relations strategy initiatives within area of responsibility
- Identifying, building and rolling out marketing best practices maintaining marketing standards and compliance
- Supporting the development of the business strategy and ethics to build relationships, collaborate, identify opportunities, and assist in achieving the station commercial objectives
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, agencies and media companies at all times and demonstrating a high standard of conduct and service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant tertiary qualification combined with a minimum of five years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on brand or trade marketing. Prior experience within the travel or airline industry is essential. You will need a proven ability to develop, maintain and foster relationships at all levels within company management, and with alliance partners and vendors.

You will need to be fluent in English (written and oral) to perform this role.
