Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Proposals Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Jordan .

This position is responsible in closely coordinating with assigned proposal project managers and other Proposal team staff throughout the organization as appropriate to ensure the timely completion and submission of technical and commercial proposal documents. It also requires extensive experience in InDesign, coordination and preparation of proposal documents.

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Reading and interpreting RFPs (Instructions to Tenderers) to determine client requirements.
- Working with the Proposal Leads to help prepare compliance matrix, assign responsibilities, suggest key proposal themes, and establish and maintain the proposal schedule.
- Coordinating proposal kick-off and status/review meetings, recording and disseminating minutes and action items /responsibilities.
- Using InDesign to prepare the proposal documents and tailoring standard draft text, project datasheets and CVs, to satisfy client evaluation criteria.
- Gathering and organising information from many sources to generate proposal content.
- Assisting with editing and proofreading of proposals/presentations.
- Coordinating the internal and external flow of proposal inputs and outputs (RFPs, addenda, clarifications, etc.)
- Coordinating and preparing internal requests for bank guarantees, corporate financial data, etc.
- Coordinating proposal inputs across diverse technical teams and sub-consultant firms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent with at least years' similar career experience from within an engineering consultancy / architecture practice.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Must have experience and strong working knowledge of the whole proposal process.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with different departments across the business.
- Advanced MS Office skills and fluency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)is Mandatory.
