Senior Sales Manager - Levant, Jordan
Our client, a multinational consumer health company are looking to hire Senior Sales Managers based in Dubai, Levant and Doha.
After restructuring the client needs 3 Senior Sales Managers- 1 in Dubai to cover Emirates and Iran, 1 in Doha- Qatar to cover Bahrain and Kuwait and 1 in Levant-Jordan to cover Iraq, Lebanon and Syria.
The role needs Senior SM’s who can take ownership of both the sales and P&L for their business e.g. head count, product launches etc.
Requirements
- Need to understand the areas complexity in these sensitive markets and requires due diligence and attention to detail to ensure NO mistakes are made.
- All Senior Sales Managers will be members of the senior leadership team and required to meet every month and not only discuss sales but financials, structure, strategy, new launches, local projects etc.
- Open to male or female & nationality but must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Direct reports- between 6-8 sales reps plus indirectly around 8-10 through the distributor.
- Background - Preferably someone from Consumer Health but could also look at good people in Pharma
- Min- 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Interviews- Telephone with GM on Tuesday morning 19th October and then 2nd with the panel in Dubai Nov 8th- all logistics will be paid for.
