Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ability to review Airworthiness Directives and make recommendations to the Engineering Manager in line with their applicability on the operated fleet.
- Ability to review the various Technical bulletins, such as SB's, OIT's, AIT's TFU's..etc and make recommendation as to their impact on the operated fleet.
- Liaison with various OEM's on technical problems and implementation of solutions.
- Ability to prepare Engineering orders for the implementation of manufacturer's service bulletins.
- Ability to write concise technical reports when required.
- Participate and conduct technical studies as directed by the Engineering Manager.
- Ability to investigate reliability trends, review chronic defects and make recommendations.
- Assist in the development of the Maintenance programs.
- Ability to update the various Dent & Buckle Charts as required.
- Ability to prepare work-scopes for the repair of high value components.

Requirements

Graduate having BSC in either of the following specialties:
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Other Engineering disciplines may also be considered if in relation to this job opening.

Experience - 2-3 years in an Airline or MRO having worked in a similar position.

Previous Experience in Reliability Or Power Plant would be an asset.
