Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering
- Responsible for monitoring, controlling, optimization and improvement for day to day safe and efficient operation of Low Density Poly Ethylene or Petrochemicals Utilities plants
- Monitor, coordinate & control raw materials, Utilities & chemicals daily specific consumption
- Raise MOC for plant Improvements, Recommendation & coordinate/follow up with Technical services and Engineering teams for all technical matters like HAZOP, etc till commissioning
- Initiate Purchase Orders and follow up chemical consumption and costs related issues for Operation
- Provide special training to operation staff and assist superintendent for the recruitment
- Monitor Plant Performance by Identification of plant problems and follow up for rectification on daily basis to ensure safe & efficient operation of plant
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and other Production reports & Presentation
- Review and update SOP, Work Instruction, Other Quality documents & records

Requirements

- Sound technical background, good knowledge of English Language & Computer usage
- Good Communication & Analytical Skills.
- Experience of working in SAP Environment.
- Major Chemical Engineer
