Job description / Role
Do you have an expertise in OCTG products?
Do you have a strong experience in managing operations, sales and a large P&L?
We are currently hiring a General Manager with an extensive OCTG experience, to work one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company specialised in the Oil & Gas.
Your duties will be to:
- Manage the day-to-day operational requirement of the plant
- Manage the full P&L including Sales for the business
- Development of operational business plan outlining key objectives
- Provide a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on approach for all workshop operational activities
- Ensuring QA & QC is maintained and all accreditations are complied with
- Constant improvement to our Heath, Safety, Environment and Quality Standards
- Ensure that Health & Safety targets are met
- Establish KPIs for the department and departmental staff and review them on a quarterly basis

Requirements
- OCTG expertise, you worked for TMK, Tenaris, Vallourec, Weatherford etc..
- P&L Experience with a Track record for growing the business
- Management Experience 5 years minimum
- Managed a profitable plant
- Key account management experience desirable
- Driven and a self-starter who can work on own initiative
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying, pursuing and implementing growth opportunities
- Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible approach to work
You should have expertise in OCTG products (Tubing, Casing, Drill pipes..)
