HR Manager

Job description / Role

A global multinational financial services company is seeking a HR Manager to lead the expansion of the organisation in Kazakhstan.
- Develop and manage the recruitment plan including recruitment process and onboarding of all new hires
- Establish polices and procedures in line with local labour law and in conjunction with the European headquarters
- Develop compensation & benefits framework
- Work as a business partner with Country Manager and work with other regional HR Managers
- Implement HR software system and payroll facility

Requirements

Candidates must be able and willing to work in Almaty, Kazakhstan. You MUST have knowledge of Kazakh labour law and experience of recruiting in the market.

- Must be Russian speaking (Kazakh nationals would be preferred)
- Experience in the financial services industry would be preferable
- At least 3 years experience in a HR Manager role
