Job description / Role
The employee is supposed to design the operations for the country and make an end-to-end flow for the same. Then he is supposed to identify the stake holders and make an eligibility criteria for making the operations team. Further, he has to induct the selected team and manage the day to day operations. Further a monitoring dashboard has to be designed for the same.
Requirements
Past experience in operations in some reputed multinational firm. The candidate should be having a MBA degree or a MS degree in operational engineering. Minimum three years experience is required. The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Excel and should be well versed in English.
