Employment: Full Time

Purpose:
- Maintains and enhances the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Adapts to forthcoming regulatory, competitive, commercial and economic changes which will impact the business.
- Roll out business aligned initiatives across the business area, inputting initiatives from resourcing, talent management, L&D and employee engagement. To manage the operational delivery of HR transactional services and provide support for all HR activities. You will work across the implementation of key annual HR process and be expected to produce management information to support KPI’s.

Key responsibilities:
- To develop the HR strategy, and interserve vision and values, and manage the operational effectiveness of the HR function.
- Saudi Labour law knowledge and keeping up to date on all changes to legislation
- Developing and updating as necessary the Organisation Chart, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Establish a selection process for recruitment, coaching managers to ensure fair and objective selection. Identifying and attracting key people that will create a competitive advantage through effective means of recruitment and induction
- Conduct and analyse exit interviews; recommending changes as necessary.
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
- Manages/support current staff to meet the changing needs through effective performance management and development addressing under performers.
- Assist managers in identifying individual training needs through performance and development reviews and provide advise on appropriate training solutions and individual training plans for their staff
- Administer performance review programme to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organisation.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Implement annual employee survey process and all subsequent reporting
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the company at Employment Tribunal hearings.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR issues to ensure effective implementation of HR policies, counselling, D&G, and terminations, ensuring feedback from managers are captured, measured and acted on.
- Coordination and management of payroll, ensuring that the correct information is exchanged with finance, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Ensure the HR team understand and are engaged with the business priorities.
- Managers benefit programs such as health & wellbeing, absence management (recommendations to reduce absenteeism and turnover)and employee assistance
- Prepare annual HR budget
- Prepare monthly board reports
- Maximise the use of the HR system / data base ensuring all the information is accurate, up to date and easy to retrieve and allows for report purpose.
- Training management on all current P&P, create refresher training across business, ensure updates are communicated when changes are introduced.
- In partnership with relevant stakeholders work on multiple projects as required to improve processes, maximising employee engagement and managing change
- To ensure all staff are aware of the visa process and there responsibility in ensuring their visa is valid. Having general knowledge of the visa process for on boarding new staff, understand all requirements and legislations per country and visa type.
- Ensure accurate visa reports are maintained and ensure visa plans are created and acted accordingly per employee. Having full knowledge of block visa applications and maintain use of block already issued

Requirements

- Degree in HR, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and experience with a broad range HR related disciplines on a generalist level
- Experience from HR functions working with multi-country and multi-culture customers (internally)
- Strong insight into general HR tools, methods and processes
- Solid knowledge of management/leadership tools
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- Strong experience from supporting and driving organisational change processes
