Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude training courses held.
2. Monitor, follow up and supervise any Saudiazation training program in UMA departments of responsibility.
3. Coordinate administrative work flow.
4. Update and follow delegated administrative tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
5. Maintain procedures to ensure consistent performance of routines
6. Performs administrative and office support activities.
7. Coordinate with Training Specialists
8. Part of training evaluation after employees conclude the probation period.
9. Coordinate training schedules and activities for staff with external providers.
10. Amend and revise programs, enrollments, and schedules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
11. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of staff.
12. Participate in TNA and investigate needs for Staff and departments.
13. Help managers / staff solve specific training problems that arises during / before training sessions.
14. Run effective induction programs for new staff, and act as an orientation partner when needed.
15. Evaluate the training conducted by Providers by questionnaires / interviews of staff.
16. Conduct appraisals, and evaluations for staff periodically and as per training policy.
17. Keep track of training records on DMS.
18. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant bulletins, articles.
19. Attend internal and external meetings when required
20. Attend position relevant courses
