Operations Manager - Industrial Services - KSA

A leading regional industrial services provider has a requirement for an Operations Manager to join their team in KSA.

Responsibilities will include:
- Business Development with focus on major KSA clients and projects.
- Pre-qualifications, tenders evaluation and bidding, Costing and proposal preparation.
- Project Planning, execution, and monitoring and meeting company KPIs
- Team creation, development and applying proper long term planning
- Health & Safety application, monitoring and development

Projects will encompass the following services:
- Scaffolding
- Insulation
- Painting
- Fireproofing
- Refractory

Requirements

- Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian Industrial Services market, specifically in above mentioned services
- Aramco networks and knowledge of approval processes with various customers is highly desirable
- Team player and ability to work within a matrix organization
- Willing to live & work in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia
- Transferrable residency in KSA
- Ability to work under frequent job pressure
