Employment: Full Time

The project PA is responsible chiefly for scheduling high-level meetings and interviews with key Kuwaiti firms. A qualified applicant will speak very clear english, have broad economic knowledge (specific knowledge of Kuwait and its institutions and private sector a major plus), and be resourceful and goal-oriented.

Motivation is a key attribute, as this position requires much more than the presence of the Assistant. Evaluations will be based on achievements such as the number of meetings scheduled and the number of companies contacted. Computer skills a must. Compensation highly competitive. This position allows for extensive personal and career advancement as it will place the applicant in a fast moving environment and require significant effort.

Requirements

* Perfect command of written and spoken English. Arabic and other languages is a plus.
* Relevant experience working closely with CEO and high executives.
* Extreme attentiveness to detail and ability to think outside the box.
* Proper business phone etiquette when scheduling meetings with high level executives and government officials.
* Outstanding personal presentation.
* Excellent organizational, networking and interpersonal skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* Independent and self-motivated - takes on big challenges, driven to deliver and at ease with working under pressure and with tight deadlines.
* Self-starter, functioning well within a team environment while being capable of working independently. Must demonstrate superior problem solving and communications skills.
