Job description / Role
- Receive, deliver and coordinate with all divisions on all applications related to work permits, employee/visitor visas, residencies – transfer/cancellation, absconding and all other relevant procedures in MOSAL as well as Immigration Department in compliance with Kuwait laws and regulations.
- Timely follow-up on employees’ residency renewals, passport expiry dates, registering Company licenses at the concerned authorities, renewing and registering Company’s authorized signatories.
- Regular update of employee data on Kerridge System, and extract reports from Kerridge system for the work assigned.
- Prepare and follow-up on MOSAL monthly salary certificate for all Company files.
- Prepare warning letters, termination/resignation letters, salary certificates and other correspondence as required.
- Prepare (type) all applications (renewal, transfer, cancellation, new work visas, commercial visas) related to government ministries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employees’ records.
- Carry out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested by the Division Manager/Management.
Requirements
- Preferably Arab National
- Courteous and pleasing personality
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in Arabic & English
- Minimum 2-3 years in related field
- Age between 25-35 years
- Has Kuwait driver's license
- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Transferable work visa
