Assistant Manager - Parts

Job description / Role

Sales:
- Review Sales Reports – Retail, Outdoor, Workshop, Export and branches, branch reports by individual, target, variance, and customer database development.
- Involve in matters related to Sales, Loss of Sales, Non-Moving Stock Liquidation.
- Daily operation issues of Sales Customer Cash/Credit limits: VOR items: date of commitment: technical issues.
- Monitor report on Export consignment to ensure appropriate payment terms and documentation, LC terms, full payment receipt and documents for dispatch.

Order Planning:
- Participate in Order Planning and track goods in trail.
- Involve in Principal Statement of Account, fund transfer coordination, daily invoices, credit notes, costing of SRV and submission to Finance.
- Review Slip back of committed dates from Principal’s correspondence and shortage.
- Attend the meeting with Service: Minutes of meeting, consolidation product quality and excess stock discussion.
- Involve in Daily invoice receipts: HS Code requirement, clearance coordination, documentation, freight cost, freight payment and settlement authority
- Involve in New Models parts planning, technical features coordination within department.
- Review Order Planning for 3 months, stock planning within 3 years and excess stock discussion at daily meeting.
- Involve in Local purchase coordination, coordination for Franchise and Non-Franchise parts, Consumables and get targeted P&L.
- Involve in Non-Moving Stock Disposal, reduction stock beyond 4years.
- Any other related assignments as and when required by the Divisional Manager/Management.

Requirements

- Age between 30-35 years
- Preferably bilingual
- Kuwait based transferable visa #18)
- University Graduate
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in related field (preferably in a dealership operation)
- Available immediate
