Job description / Role
- Sales Review - Retail, Workshop, Branches Target, Actual, Variance Reporting.
- Daily review on Sales, Loss of Sales, Non-Moving Sales, and redress the difficulties and coordination with administration - each profit centre sales, GP and ROI.
- Daily operation issues of Sales - technical issues
- Sales review - Retail, Workshop & Branches
- Participate in Order Planning and track goods in trail.
- Involve in Principal Statement of Account, fund transfer coordination.
- Review Slip back of committed dates from Principal’s correspondence and shortage.
- Attend the meeting with Service: Shortages, Availability, coordination with crippling - local purchase if conversion is not possible at all operational and control level.
- Involve in Daily invoice receipts: HS Code requirement, forward to forwarders for clearing.
- Involve in New Models parts planning, technical features coordination within department.
- Review Order Planning for 3 months, stock planning within 3 years and excess stock discussion at daily meeting.
- Involve in Local purchase coordination, coordination for Franchise and Non-Franchise parts, Consumables.
- Involve in Non-Moving Stock Disposal, reduction stock beyond 4 years.
- Any other related assignments as and when required by the Divisional Manager/Management.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Managerial role with leading automotive brands.
- Education Level – Graduate or higher (Engineering degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Age group (between 30-40 years)
- Well conversant with all aspects of Management Automotive business.
