Associate Director or Director - Financial Advisory

Job description / Role

Our client, a 'big 4' business expanding their corporate finance practice across the Middle East are looking to hire an Associate Director or Director (dependent on experience) to become a leader of their Kuwait business.

The role offers a chance for someone to have a level of autonomy to lead the continued growth of our client's Kuwait business in conjunction with the broader Middle Eastern business.

There will be opportunity for this person, if successful, to move into a senior leadership role in either Kuwait or Dubai in the medium- to long-term. Following this the potential is global.

Our client's main service lines within Financial Advisory are:
- Corporate Finance
- Transaction Services
- Capital Projects
- Forensic
- Valuations
- Real Estate Advisory

Requirements

- Top tier education - only those with graduate/ post-graduate qualification from leading institutions will be considered
- Big 4 financial advisory experience - those without this will be discounted

Experience in:
-Commercial Due Diligence
-Financial Due Diligence
-Execution / Transaction Support
-Mergers & Acquisitions

- Fluency in English is essential
- Fluency in Arabic would be strongly preferred
- Willingness to relocate to / live in Kuwait
- A proactive nature - those who require motivation / management will not be the right fit for growing this business
- A proven track record of managing teams and developing financial advisory business in the Middle East
