Bilingual Human Resources Manager - Kuwait
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join its team.
The HRM will be responsible for:
* Recruitment across the entire business
* Compensation and Benefits
* HR policies and procedures
* Succession planning
* HR Budgeting

Requirements
* Degree from a recognised university in Human Resources or a related field.
* 10+ years experience within a HR function, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
* As the role is an urgent need within the company, candidates who are available immediately will be given preference; as will those who are currently based in Kuwait.
* Both English and Arabic language skills are required.
