Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-regarded law firm which is looking to hire a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate with c. 1 – 3 PQE to join its existing market leading offering in Kuwait City. The firm would be interested in a high quality fully bilingual (Arabic & English) associate to undertake a broad ranging role with experience gained ideally of the Kuwait or alternatively the GCC market / court system.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners in the firm’s Kuwait office. The firm has a leading reputation and stellar client-base, both in the UAE and Middle East. The firm is looking for a Lawyer to work on complex litigation, investigations and criminal work in Kuwait and elsewhere in the Middle East as required.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a qualified Lawyer with 1 -3 years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm with experience of dealing with a broad range of contentious work. The work will involve acting for high profile clients and complex matters, combined with excellent academics. To be considered you will be fully bilingual in Arabic and English with familiarity of the Kuwait / a GCC countries court system.
