Job description / Role
Cavendish Professionals has been in a long-standing partnership with one of Kuwait's leading engineering consultancies, who are responsible for the design through to supervision of large building and infrastructure projects in Kuwait.
Cavendish Professionals is looking for an experienced BIM Practice Leader to develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up and company-wide implementation.
Job purpose:
* Develop and deliver structured BIM models for live projects
* Implement BIM training modules for key staff and maintain training course-ware
* To participate in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across the company
* Develop and maintain Revit content libraries through creation of families, etc.
* Provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are set up and progress optimally, and teams are using Revit appropriately
Requirements
* Bachelors or Master's Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology
* 10 yrs experience in delivery of projects using BIM technologies, preferably within a multi-discipline consultancy environment
* Extensive experience in the preparation of 3D BIM models and construction documents using Revit Architecture, Revit Structure or Revit MEP
