Brand Merchandising Manager - Payless - Kuwait

Payless is a speciality family shoe store from the US which caters for women, men, teens and kids for their everyday needs and fashion wants, at incredible value and quality.

You will provide leadership and direction to brand managers and support functions for all aspects of business planning, brand management and merchandising for your division and be accountable for merchandising planning, OTB, forward planning, stock management and maximising the sales and profit contribution. You will also coach, develop and mentor a team of senior merchandisers.

Requirements

* At least 3 years' experience in a senior role, ideally within a PLC or successful private company
* Educated to degree level
* Retail merchandising experience
* Excellent numerical, analytical, networking and communication skills
* Energetic, enthusiastic and creative.
