Employment: Full Time

This requisition is for completing work on a Boeing contract in Kuwait. Management, day-to-day supervision at the workplace and administration of compensation and benefits will be arranged by Boeing Kuwait, Inc., while the contract of employment will be with Worldwide Trust Group (WWTG).

Your key responsibilities will be:
- This position is for a Support Equipment Technician to coordinate the maintenance and calibration of Kuwait Air Force (KAF) C-17 Support Equipment (SE) in support of C-17 Field Services based at Al-Mubarak Air Base in Kuwait City and will require relocation to Kuwait.
- The successful applicant will coordinate SE maintenance requirements and will plan, research, develop, analyze and retrofit repair solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- They will also define the procedures, special tooling, kit requirements, work packages, and material requirements for accomplishment of inspections, modifications, improvement changes, and repairs of delivered products.
- They will plan and coordinate modifications, maintenance, and repair of enterprise products and assist engineering staff in planning and incorporating improvements.
- Responsible for assisting project development, planning, implementation, management, and technical support activities related to SE maintenance, modifications, calibration, proof load test and repairs per established customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Will also review and recommend projects and proposals for aircraft Support Equipment modification.
- Required to manage moderately complex or multiple projects, and develop, coordinate and forecast requirements.
- Will monitor project performance and risks and take necessary corrective action.

Requirements

- Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ideally candidates will have prior experience with US Air Force and/or Boeing C-17 Support Equipment.
- The ability to work independently under time constraints and stress; excellent communication and people skills; experience in supporting aircraft; and familiarity with military Support Equipment maintenance practices and procedures.
- Interacts frequently with interorganizational personnel and multi-cultural external customers.
- Represents the organization by scheduling and planning tasks and providing solutions to difficult technical issues.
- Requires proficiency working in a multi-disciplined international environment and be on-call to support emerging requirements.
- Previous experience working with International customers a plus.
