Employment: Full Time

This requisition is for completing work on a Boeing contract in Kuwait. Management, day-to-day supervision at the workplace and administration of compensation and benefits will be arranged by Boeing Kuwait, Inc., while the contract of employment will be with Worldwide Trust Group (WWTG).

- This position is part of the C-17 Field Services team supporting the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) aircraft at Al-Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait.
- Candidate will serve as Quality oversight of the aircraft maintenance team who performs Organizational and Intermediate (O&I) Level maintenance activities in a fast-paced, dynamic flightline environment and during recurring Home Station Checks (HSC) at home station and remote locations as required.
- Candidate will perform over-the-shoulder evaluations and follow-up inspections of C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, backshop, support equipment, and alternate mission equipment maintenance actions to verify CLS proficiency, degree of training, and compliance with Air Force technical data and Boeing processes and procedures.
- Candidate will identify improvement opportunities, oversee problem resolution, evaluate issues, assist with root cause analysis, and validate corrective action plans to ensure enhancement of the overall Quality Management System (QMS).
- Candidate will work under general direction and must be responsive to challenging customer requirements.

Candidate will provide oversight and ensure execution of programs aligned to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 21-101 Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management, including but not limited to:
- AFTO 781 aircraft and AFTO 244 support equipment forms documentation
- Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) for Airlift (G081)
- Tool Accountability System (TAS)
- Tool control and calibration
- Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO)
- Red X Authorization Program
- Special Certification Roster (SCR) Program
- Weight & Balance (W&B) Program
- Technical Order Distribution Account (TODA)
- Product Improvement Program (PIP)
- Records Information Management (RIM)
- Forms Management
- Process-Based Management (PBM)
- Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Program
- Dropped Object Prevention Program (DOPP), Deficiency Reporting (DR)
- Lost Theft Damage and Destruction Reporting (LTDDR).

Requirements

- A degree in related discipline and typically 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Candidate must understand the critical nature of airworthiness requirements and maintain a continuous Quality communication link between touch labor, Field Services management, and Boeing support functions.
- Experience and knowledge of Air Force procedures, processes, technical orders, forms documentation, and maintenance information systems is a must.
- Wide-ranging and specialized knowledge of the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft and subsystems, including its associated technical network, is required.
- Experience supporting C-17 Globemaster Integrated Sustainment Partnership (GISP) program and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in a multi-national environment a plus.
