Camp Boss

Job description / Role

- Responsible for all camp activities within the 4 camps. Gather, organize, assess information, develop and prepare reports.
- Coordinate interaction between Tender Division and HRD on day-to-day HR & Administrative issues, which include but not limited to attendance, payroll, overtime, all types of leaves, transportation schedules, passport transactions, travel bookings, etc.
- Respond to staff's queries related to KAICO Policies & Procedures, payroll, leaves, OT, etc.
- Assist in resolving camp disputes, complaints, queries and grievances.
- Receive government officials to the camps.
- Keep updated records of staff staying in the accommodation.
- Keep track of movement to/from the camps.
- Responsible for cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of the camps.
- Organize transport for emergency cases and on an as needed basis.
- Ensure discipline in the camp.
- Set up and maintain filing system of records, correspondence, and other material.
- Carry out other duties related to the scope of the job as requested.

Requirements

- Good communication skills (English, Arabic, Hindi)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound, decisive decisions in the interest of the Company.
- Minimum 3-5 years in related field.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Age between 30-35 years
- Working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
- Has valid Kuwait driver's license
- Ability to manage mass number of staff.
- The job role requires full availability in the camp
