Category Manager - eCommerce - The Body Shop - Kuwait

eCommerce is developing rapidly in the Middle East and with Alshaya being named the region's best multi-brand franchise operator there is no better time to join our growing business function. You will have the opportunity to lead innovation in the ecommerce in the Middle East and deliver valuable results to the business.

In this role you will define the tactical and strategic direction of The Body Shop brand's online product lines within our operating markets, driving success and delivering world-class service and content.

If you have experience in ecommerce product/category merchandising then this is an exciting new role to shape, improve and grow our offering in our emerging markets. You will coach and guide a team to achieve strategic goals and work closely with internal stakeholders such as brand marketers.

Requirements

* At least 3 years' ecommerce product/category merchandising experience in a retail organisation
* Exposure to ecommerce at an operational level, including category and business planning through to implementation
* Strong analytical, statistical and presentation skills.
