Country Sales Manager up to 2K KWD for Global IT Solutions Company in Kuwait

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for developing executive plans for sales at the assigned territory in accordance to company strategic plans, which ensure that the determined sales targets for this region are achieved and preferably surpassed

Requirements

• Open to Any Nationalities
• M/F 35 years old and below
• Minimum 6 years of Sales Experience for software applications (preferably banking applications).
• Extremely well informed about the market of Kuwait
• Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Understanding of payments industry, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
• Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• CAMS certification is a plus.
• Bachelor degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, computer engineering, or Finance.
• Work Location: Kuwait

Salary up to 2000 KWD depending on experience and qualifications.
