Employment: Full Time

Leading Global FMCG business seeks a CRM Manager for a Kuwait

Description:
- Plan & deliver CRM strategy
- Encourage customer retention & loyalty through CRM insight.
- Use customer insight found to segment and better understand the customer base, in order to suggest strategies
- to attract new customers and maintain existing customer loyalty / customer retention
- Customer journey mapping
- Analyse customer touch points (at the counter etc)
- Manage and maintain the CRM as well as other internal tools and processes.
- Work with internal teams to improve workflows.
- Identify causes of problems and suggest possible solutions.
- Generate various reports through internal tools
- Dynamic reporting.
- Use the system to conduct data mining activities.
- Use data to improve internal processes.

Job Offer:
Approx 2,500 - 2,800 KWD per month / approx 35,000 AED per month equivalent

Requirements

- Direct & Digital marketing background
- Social media & digital expert
- Ideally a Retail or Hospitality background, close to the customer experience
- Able to live and work in Kuwait
