Employment: Full Time

As a Customer Insights Manager for Alshaya's CRM team you will utilise your experience with data-mining tools, SQL, BI tools and customer data analysis to lead a team of analysts to review and improve all elements of dash-boarding and reporting.

This role is critical in the ongoing growth and development of the CRM offering and provides the opportunity to make a real impact through improving the existing work, developing new models and implementing changes.

We operate over 70 brands across MENA and have strategic growth plans and understanding our customers is critical to ensure the success of this business strategy. With this role you will make a real contribution to the development of the business at an international level through managing a multi-cultural team of specialists.
