A leading Islamic bank based in Kuwait is looking for a DGM Sales & Distribution for the Retail Banking business.
The Head of Sales and Distribution will report directly to the GM for Retail Banking and will have 5 direct Senior reports. You will be handling over 60 branches with 1400+ FTE's.
Role responsibilities are to; enforce, Drive Sales & Relationship Management through all sales channels within Retail as well as develop and implement acquisition strategies, sales plans and marketing initiatives to grow portfolio and gain market share & meet targets.
To meet the demands of the role, candidates must have experience working with a similar size organisation and remit.

Requirements
- Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum ten years' experience in similar position
