Digital Engagement Manager - CRM - Kuwait

As a Digital Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the management and adoption of new digital marketing technology across the business, approval processes for all digital brand development across websites, mobiles sites, search and social media while setting quality assurance standards and best practices. You will continuously monitor Alshaya's brand channels and, when necessary, steers stakeholders on how marketing technology improves their customer journey. In addition you will also ensure that all the digital sites comply with the digital strategy, operating policy and general code of practice for Alshaya Retail Companies.

Key Accountabilities:
* Proactively works with the brand teams to educate/support them on; new digital marketing techniques and technology; existing company policies on digital and CRM; and quality assurance and best practices for digital and CRM products
* Develops and maintain regular conversations (workshops, meetings and 1:1) to ensure the brands are aware of how digital and CRM can help them
* Creates policies and procedures specific to Alshaya in order to increase digital and CRM compliance
* Performance Measurement: Has regular contact and engagement with each of the brand marketing managers; introduces new digital technology and marketing techniques and ensures understanding and utilisation by the brands; creates and track measures of performance and KPIs that deliver outcomes tied back to business objectives.

Requirements

* At least 2 years' digital marketing experience or a passion for digital products and a background in training
* Good technical understanding - an individual who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly
* Passionate about leveraging technology and digital media to drive customer engagement.
* Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
* Good communication skills
* Understanding of Digital and CRM processes.
